All tech support requests require an upfront payment of $104. This upfront payment holds your place in our project queue. This covers one hour of technical work plus communication and project management.
If it takes less time than estimated, you will receive a partial refund (or credit, if you prefer). If the work is outside of the scope of one hour, your project manager will communicate the estimated time with you, and you can decide whether you want to move forward with the work. If you decide to move forward with the work, your project manager will help arrange for further invoicing with our billing manager.
Again, only the time expended on this tech support request will be billed to you.
