The way we work is to create a campaign for you and fine-tune that campaign for a period of 3 months (sending you personalized campaign updates at 6 weeks and 3 months), all for 1 fixed price.
Our Basic campaign is $1,097. That is for 1 adgroup / specialty. Our Silver campaign (up to 4 specialties) is $1,497.
On top of the cost for creating and fine-tuning, you will pay Google, directly, for your clicks. We’ll help you set a monthly budget with them and they’ll make sure you don’t exceed that monthly budget by stopping the display of your ads when you hit your budget. We usually recommend $400-$500 a month as a starting point, though if you are in NYC or LA or another huge city, we’ll recommend a higher budget.
Results will vary depending on the location and keywords being targeted, but most clients start getting client calls within the first couple of weeks. No matter what, we continue to fine tune the campaign with the goal of optimal performance at the 3-month mark.
You can pause your campaign at any time (i.e. if you’re full). We’ll show you how. You can also increase or decrease your budget at any time. We’ll show you how.
For example, if you have a contact form on your Contact page as well as each landing / service page on your website, then conversion tracking will need to be set up for each of these contact forms. If you just have one contact that you send users to to fill out, then conversion tracking will only need to be created for that one form. If you choose to add conversion tracking that includes Google Tag Manager integration, then that will take more time since we will need to install GTM on your website and set up all the necessary settings so that GTM is working properly.
As the size of your budget increases, and the complexity of your campaign increases (multiple locations/multiple campaigns/higher number of ad groups) we recommend that you have us manage your campaign monthly. This enables us to keep a closer eye on your account activity each month so that we can ensure that we are getting the best performance we can and not wasting your money on irrelevant clicks.
The cost for managing your campaign on a monthly basis will depend on the complexity of your campaign and how much traffic is going through it each month. Let us know if you are interested in this service and we’ll quote you a price.
The cost to do this work across your campaigns will be billed monthly. This work will include the following:
- Automated conversion tracking added across your campaigns. Covered in the Conversion tracking one time set up cost in the quote
- Fine-tuning / adjustments based on the data.
- Communication and questions regarding any alterations that need to be made on what we’re marketing, the budget for each campaign, location targeting adjustments, etc.
- A monthly report showing not only the adjustments that we’ve made to the account, but also monthly stats, including clicks and conversions (those that can be tracked, of course).
Note that this fee does not include adding new Campaign, Ad Groups, or locations, or changing the structure of what has been built (i.e. adding new campaigns to control budget for specialties or locations). It’s all about optimizing what is there rather than adding to it.
