AI Chat Program Monthly

Counselingwise is now offering an AI (artificial intelligence) chat bot for your private practice website.  The product is from Deardoc, a company that has been implementing this solution for medical practices since 2019.Using this chat feature on their websites, some practices have increased the number of clients they help by over 30%.CounselingWise first performed a beta test of this offering with several therapy practices to make sure that our clients were happy with the service, and it was well-received.Practice owners report the following results:

• They get information on when the client is available for therapy, so they’re better able to match them with a therapist or, if a solo practice, know if the timing will work.
• They’re better able to communicate with clients because the bot provides answers to their clients’ most frequently asked questions.
• Potential clients are better able to understand what services they offer, because the bot helps guide potential clients to the information they’re looking for.
• Most importantly, potential clients feel that they are already in dialogue with the practice, therefore, they are more likely to either schedule a consult call or an appointment, or even if they ask a question, they’re less likely to keep searching for another therapist.

Counselingwise is obtaining licenses for the AI Chat from Deardoc and will be White Labeling it—meaning the app will say “Powered by Counselingwise” on it (instead of Powered by DearDoc).The list price for this app directly from Deardoc is $250/month.
